Mental Health

At Midleton Medi Centre, we offer a range of advice and supports for your mental health.

Each of us has mental health and this is as important as our physical health. Maintaining our mental health means that we understand our general wellbeing and how we cope with life’s every day challenges. At certain times in our lives, we can have periods of ups and downs with our mental health due to certain periods of stress for example. These negative periods typically pass but if they begin to impact your daily life and functioning, there is always ways to help yourself such as;

  • Being kind and compassionate to yourself
  • Talking about what’s on your mind
  • Staying active
  • Eating well
  • Seeking support

At times, if negative periods are not passing or we feel we are struggling with our mental health, seeking support can help you start on your journey to recovery.
