Cervical Cancer vaccination

The Cervical Cancer Vaccine is used to protect against diseases caused by Human Papillomavirus (HPV). These diseases include cervical cancer, pre-cancerous lesions of the female genitals (cervix and vulva), and genital warts.

The vaccine administered here at Midleton Medi Centre, but needs to be ordered, and paid for in advance. Please inquire with our reception.

The person to be vaccinated will receive three doses of the vaccine. The 1st injection on the first appointment date, the 2nd ideally 2 months after the first injection, and the 3rd, ideally 6 months after the first injection.
